We are seeking a detail-oriented B. Com graduate / any graduate to join our team as an Accounts & E-Commerce Operations Executive. This role combines daily bookkeeping, inventory tracking, order processing, and managing product listings across major online platforms like Amazon, FlipKart, Meesho, SnapDeal etc.

About the Job

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping
    Handle day-to-day accounting entries, general ledger maintenance, and routine financial records.
    Manage basic accounts payable/receivable and perform daily financial record-keeping.

  • Inventory & Order Management

Track daily stock levels, log inventory movements, and reconcile physical stock with records.
Process, organize, and monitor online orders from placement to final dispatch.

  • E-Commerce & Digital Operations

Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Monitor stock availability on seller dashboards and update pricing or product specifications as required.

  • Reporting & Administration

Prepare routine administrative documents, spreadsheets, and basic presentations using Microsoft Office.
Assist management with daily back-office task coordination.


Required Skills/Experience

  • Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree.
