We are looking for a versatile Web Designer and Developer & Digital Marketing person to take full ownership of our web presence and online marketing campaigns. In this role, you will design & maintain our websites using Hostinger’s suite of tools (WordPress, AI Website Builder, custom PHP/HTML, and hosted applications) while driving brand growth through targeted digital marketing and advertising strategies.

Required Skills/Experience

• ·Proven experience or fresher for navigating and managing the Hostinger ecosystem & hPanel.

• Knowledge of WordPress design, including popular page builders. Foundational knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Responsibilities- Perform on-page and technical SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.

• Content Marketing- Conduct keyword research, map out content calendars, and align topics with customer buying stages.

• Social Media Marketing- Schedule and post content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and X, Facebook, Instagram.

• Manage Seller Portal: JioMart, FlipKart, Snap deal, Meesho, Amazon, BigBasket, Blink It, Zepto.

• AI- Genuine, day-to-day use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva).

• Nice to have- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, web traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and tracking pixels.

Web & Application Development (Hostinger Environment)

• Design, build, and maintain high-performing websites using WordPress, Hostinger AI Builder, and custom PHP/HTML/CSS.

Essential Functions

• Design and build fully responsive, visually appealing websites using Hostinger AI Website Builder and WordPress.

• Customize website templates, themes, and layouts to match client brand guidelines and user experience (UX) best practices.

• Good to know to manage domains, SSL certificates, email configurations, and basic site deployments via Hostinger’s hPanel.

• Optimize website media, typography, and page speeds to ensure fast loading times across all devices.

• Troubleshoot design inconsistencies, responsive layout breaks, and basic frontend errors.
